Further details of each program will be sent upon request.

AMGC Health & Fitness Program

Total Body Fitness Training, LLC will lead a Health & Wellness program to teach youth the importance of healthy living. It will focus on sports, everyday skills, and nutrition, aiming to expand their experiences beyond usual environments. Activities will challenge their physical and mental abilities, boost confidence, and encourage healthy behaviors at home.

AMGC Social & Behavior Management Component

The “Getting The Word Out” Curriculum instructs the trained professionals on strategies to actually teach the program and provides facilitators with the methodology for teaching each module with student participation and involvement. Getting the students involved in the process is a viable way to get the message out. A student involvement in knowledge and skill development is what causes behavior and attitude change, and is the basis of “Getting The Word Out”.

AMGC X HADO Project

The HADO initiative specifically focuses on combining technology with physical fitness to help young people in Arkansas expand their understanding, improve their physical health, and boost their self-assurance through activities that stimulate both their bodies and minds. In partnership with Total Body Fitness Training, LLC, the program offers transformative experiences that broaden participants’ horizons.
